1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Since all our sinks and tables are made to order, production takes between 1–3 weeks for ceramic sinks and 1–4 weeks for mosaic tables. After production, shipping via FedEx takes 5–7 business days within Australia.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping anywhere in Australia on all orders.


3. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our products are custom made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or replacement.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel via FedEx.


5. What if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@outbacksinks.shop within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and payments processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@outbacksinks.shop if you need to modify or cancel your order.
