 Return Window

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@outbacksinks.shop or by phone: +61 (480) 88 09 39.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Once we approve your return request, you must ship the product back to us within 14 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, you have the right to request a replacement or full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

To report a faulty or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.

  • Ensure the item is unused and returned in original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products (unless faulty or damaged)

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

  • Items not in original condition or packaging
