At OutbackSinks, all our products are made to order to ensure they meet our high standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Ceramic sinks require approximately 1–3 weeks for production.
Mosaic tables require approximately 1–4 weeks for production.

Once your item is finished, we carefully inspect and package it to guarantee it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders, with no additional fees at checkout.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time

After production, your order will be shipped via FedEx, a trusted and reliable courier service.

Estimated delivery time once shipped: 1-3 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us (support@outbacksinks.shop), including a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Delivery Address & Requirements

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
